Time at Netherwood Manor and SOW showed that sustainability is not just an idea, but a practice that can shape spaces, floristry, and dining alike. It invited us to reconsider familiar methods such as floral foam and excessive packaging, and to reflect on the responsibility that remains after beauty is created. Working with seasonal materials gathered directly from the gardens, from vase arrangements to team installations, made the value of seasonality and collaboration feel even more tangible. In the end, it reminded us that better design begins not with spectacle, but with harmony with nature.
